Overview

At Shighra, all our products are custom made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and size guides before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

As all our products are made to order, we are generally unable to offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or change of colour preference.

However, we will offer an exchange or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent to you
  • There is a significant print quality issue

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@shighra.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Please note: We do not require you to return the original item in most cases.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

To lodge a claim, please email us at support@shighra.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will offer either a free reprint or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Colour variations due to differences in screen displays
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@shighra.com.au. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the item is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no charge.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
