Thank you for shopping with Shighra! As all our products are custom made to order through our print-on-demand partners, please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are sent to production once payment is confirmed. Please allow:
- 2–7 business days for production and quality checks before your order is dispatched
Production times may be longer during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, sales events). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@shighra.com.au.
6. International Shipping & Customs
Shighra ships internationally. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices
- We are unable to predict or control customs delays
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Shighra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@shighra.com.au. We will do our best to update it before the order goes into production, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.
8. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Check with neighbours or your local post office
- Contact us at support@shighra.com.au if the issue persists
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
